Class 3: Managing and Tracking Mid-Level Donors
In two video presentations, we'll explain why a system to track and measure  your mid-level giving program is crucial.  We'll walk you through setting up a system within your donor database software, and talk about which metrics to track.

Module 2: Building an Action Plan

What is the format of the Workshop?

The workshop is designed as a shorter version of our full-length, online courses.  It consists of 2 modules, each containing 3 video-based lessons that run between 6-22 minutes each. You'll also receive a downloadable PDF-workbook to supplement the video lessons.

This is a self-paced workshop so that you can work through the material at your convenience, on your schedule. You'll have ongoing access to the workshop material with no expiration date as well as free upgrades whenever we add new material.

How will I access the Workshop?

When you register, you'll create a log-in and password (if you're already a member of smartannualgiving.com, you'll use your pre-established member log-in).  Once you've registered, you'll receive an email with a link to the workshop login page.  You can also access the workshop through your member dashboard on smartannualgiving.com.
